I was super excited to get my box but, when it arrived I could not have been more disappointed! My box had been opened and taped back together. NOT porch pirates fault at all but, the owner of the company…. Yes, the owner assured me that he would take care of this unacceptable issue with the shipping company and I didn’t need to do anything else. He told me that his team would have another box out to me right away, to go ahead and keep what I did receive in the damage box and gave me a generous coupon for the inconvenience. The integrity that this man has for his company and the Customer Support that he and his team provide our second to none. Even though I have yet to receive a full box, I am a Customer for life. Thank you again Austin and your team for everything. I so very much. Appreciate you.

I enjoyed getting the first box and liked the items I received. Our French press had just broken and I actually got an insulated one in my box! I just ordered two more boxes a week later. Plus I just saw there are Louis Vuitton purses in circulation this weekend!

I got my first box and was so excited to open it . At first look I was a little disappointed as it didn’t seem like very much in it. I did enjoy opening each item to see what it was. I searched and found items on Amazon to know their value and items added up to cover the cost of what I paid. I have another box coming in a few weeks and am looking forward to seeing if it might be a full box. Did not get the purse. Maybe next time!
