Mission Control

The support and store platform behind Porch Pirates and the brands we own.

Last Updated: October 8, 2026

Mission Control is the customer support and store management platform built and run by Pirate Liquidation and Mystery Box Company LLC, the company behind Porch Pirates. Every brand on it gets one place to answer customers, see their orders and get packages out the door.

1. Who It's For

Mission Control runs Porch Pirates today. We are bringing the brands we acquire onto it, each with its own Facebook Page, Instagram account and Meta business portfolio. Access is by invitation, and every staff member signs in with a company Microsoft account.

2. What It Does

One inbox for every channel. Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct messages, Page and Instagram comments and support email land in one list, newest first.
The customer next to the conversation. Staff see the customer's name, profile picture, orders and shipping status beside the message, so they can answer without digging.
Replies written by people. A staff member writes and sends every reply from Mission Control. There are no automated messages to customers.
Comment moderation. Staff can reply to, hide or delete comments on the brand's own posts, for example spam or personal information a customer posted publicly.
Orders and shipping. Order history, shipping promises and tracking for each brand's own store.

3. How We Handle Facebook and Instagram Data

Mission Control only connects to Pages and Instagram accounts that belong to the brand using it.
Messages and comments are used only so that brand's staff can read them and answer the customer.
We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone else.
Data is stored on our own servers in the United States. Only signed-in staff can see it.
Anyone can ask us to delete their Facebook and Instagram data. See Delete your Facebook and Instagram data and our Privacy Policy.
