Porch Pirates' Industry-Leading Return Policy
Every Porch Pirates mystery box is designed to deliver surprise, excitement, and incredible value. Occasionally, however, a box may be mishandled during shipping or an item may arrive damaged or defective.
When a legitimate issue occurs, we'll work to make it right.
Contact Us Within 30 Days
If your order arrives damaged or contains a defective item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Our Customer Care team will review the issue and guide you through the return process.
What You'll Need
Please email the following information to support@porchpirates.us:
- A clear photo of the outside of the shipping box
- A photo of the unique serial number found inside your mystery box
- Photos of the damaged or defective items
- Your order number and a brief explanation of the issue
Once the information has been reviewed, we'll provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return authorization.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. This allows us to continue offering exciting products and exceptional value in every mystery box.
Refund or Replacement
Once your approved return has been received and inspected, you may choose between:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- A replacement mystery box at no additional product cost
Return Integrity and Limitations
Porch Pirates reserves the right to deny a return or exchange when required documentation or items are missing, the request falls outside the return period, or there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or repeated return activity.
We may also restrict future purchases associated with individuals, businesses, payment methods, or addresses involved in repeated or abusive return requests.
