These terms are between you and Pirate Liquidation and Mystery Box Company LLC, doing business as Porch Pirates ("we," "us," "our"). They cover your use of our website and your orders with us. By placing an order, creating an account, or using our system, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.

1. Who We Are

Porch Pirates is a mystery box and liquidation company. We are based at 121 Dewey Dr STE E, Nicholasville, KY 40356, with a retail store in Lexington, KY. Orders are placed through our system at porchpirates.us.

2. Orders and Pricing

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy at the price shown at checkout. We accept your order when we confirm it and charge your payment method.

Prices, shipping costs, and product availability can change without notice. We try to keep pricing accurate, but if a price or listing is wrong, we can cancel or correct the order before it ships. If we cancel an order for this reason, we will refund what you paid.

We may limit the quantity you can buy of any box, cancel orders that look fraudulent or abusive, or refuse service to anyone, at our discretion.

3. Mystery Box Contents and Odds

Every mystery box is packed from liquidation and returned retail merchandise. Contents are random. Some boxes are organized by tape color, and some tape colors are tied to a published chase item and published odds for that chase item.

Publishing odds is a disclosure, not a promise. A chase item is never guaranteed in any single box or any single order, no matter how many boxes you buy. The odds shown on a product page or on our Odds & disclosures page are the current published odds for that box; check the product page for the box you are buying.

Boxes may contain new, open-box, shelf-pull, overstock, customer-return, liquidation, closeout, or excess-inventory merchandise from major retailers. Items may be missing original packaging or show light signs of handling. Porch Pirates is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon, Walmart, Target, or any brand whose products may appear in a box.

Because contents are random by design, we do not accept returns based on not liking what was inside a box. Our refund policy covers boxes that arrive damaged or defective.

4. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with us. If a box is listed as intended only for customers 18 and older, its product page will say so and ask you to confirm your age before showing it to you. At checkout, an order with one of these boxes asks you to confirm you are 18 or older before you can place it. This confirmation is a statement from you; we do not run a separate age check. These boxes ship only and are not available for pickup at our Lexington store.

5. Accounts

You can create an account to check out faster, track orders, and manage a subscription. You are responsible for keeping your account sign-in details secure and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to your account.

We use a third-party sign-in provider to handle account creation and sign-in. We do not store your account password ourselves.

6. Subscriptions

Some boxes are sold as subscriptions. A subscription bills automatically on the schedule shown on the product page (for example, monthly) using the payment method you saved at checkout, until you cancel.

Your first box is charged at checkout. After that, we charge your saved payment method automatically at the start of each new billing period. We will not ask you to approve each charge again.

You can cancel any time from your account, before your next billing date, and you will not be charged again. Canceling does not refund the box already charged for the current period; that box still ships. See our cancellation policy for details.

If a payment fails, we may retry it or pause the subscription until payment succeeds.

7. Pre-Orders

A pre-order is a box you buy before it is packed or ready to ship. Pre-orders are paid in full at checkout. A pre-order checks out on its own; it does not combine with in-stock items into one shipment.

We ship a pre-order on or around the date shown on the product page at the time you ordered. That date can move if our manufacturing schedule changes; we will let you know if it does. See our cancellation policy for how to cancel a pre-order before it ships.

8. Gift Cards

Gift cards sold through our system do not expire and are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law. We are not responsible for a gift card that is lost, stolen, or used without your permission. Gift cards may only be used for purchases at porchpirates.us or our retail store.

9. Wholesale and Pallet Orders

Pallets and truckload orders are sold separately from single mystery boxes and may have their own quote, terms, or invoice. Where a written wholesale quote or invoice conflicts with these terms, the quote or invoice controls for that order.

10. Shipping and Local Pickup

We ship within the United States and offer local pickup at our Lexington store. See our shipping policy for processing times, carriers, and how tracking works.

11. Intellectual Property

The Porch Pirates name, logo, website content, and related materials belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute our content without our written permission, other than sharing your own unboxing photos or videos of a box you bought.

12. User Content

If you send us or post photos, videos, reviews, or comments about your box, you give us permission to use them for customer support, marketing, our website, and social media. Do not post anything you want to keep private.

We can remove or decline to use content that is false, abusive, spam, or otherwise harmful to our business or community.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Porch Pirates is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your order or use of our website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Kentucky or federal law.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your order will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on porchpirates.us with a new "Last Updated" date. Continuing to use our website or placing a new order after an update means you accept the updated terms.
